Technical Design Engineer

Job Description

Perform calculations and prepare technical specifications for the electrical components of Commercial & Industrial rooftop solar power systems.
Survey and evaluate the need for upgrading systems such as capacitor banks, harmonic filters, etc., when integrating rooftop solar systems.
Provide technical consultation on matters related to electrical systems, system calculations, energy metering systems, and more.
Perform calculations for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Research and stay updated on new solutions and technologies in the renewable energy and electrical power sectors.

Requirements

Male, aged 28 and above.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering (calculations, design). Experience in the solar power sector is a significant advantage.
In-depth knowledge of medium/low-voltage electrical systems.
Ability to read and analyze factory load reports, power quality reports, and single-line/control & measurement diagrams.
English proficiency: TOEIC 600 or equivalent.
Responsible and decisive in carrying out tasks.
