Site Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Act as the Site Manager for rooftop solar projects, primarily in the Southern region, with a readiness to travel to project sites in all provinces nationwide. (Projects typically range from 1 MWp to 8 MWp).
Ensure projects are completed on schedule, safely, and to the required quality standards.
Develop project schedules, prepare construction method statements, and manage all initial project documentation.
Coordinate subcontractors and liaise with the supply chain team to ensure the timely delivery of materials to the site.
Prepare acceptance test documentation and manage overall construction quality.

WORK LOCATION

Company Headquarters: No. 01, Street 36, Binh Trung Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.

REQUIREMENTS

Male, in good health.
Willingness to travel to project sites in all regions of Vietnam (North, Central, and South).
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in the construction of electrical or M&E projects.
Proficient in material take-off, project cost estimation, and project scheduling.
Responsible and decisive in carrying out tasks.
Proven experience and skills in working with subcontractors, supervising consultants, and the Client to ensure a cooperative and harmonious project environment.
