  1. JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Oversee HSE operations at the construction site, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, client expectations, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement HSE control plans for the project, and guide and train project GSAT teams to ensure adherence to the HSE regulations and procedures of the client/consultant/INS Company.
  • Organize and conduct HSE training for site personnel, including project management and construction supervisors, both during the pre-construction phase and periodically throughout the construction process.
  • Collaborate with the construction management team to create safety plans, assess risks, and analyze safety measures for each construction task.
  • Monitor and evaluate compliance with HSE regulations and the implementation of HSE practices across the projects.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of the QHSE Department.

  1. REQUIREMENTS:
  • College/University degree with at least 3 years of experience in Occupational Safety, Electrical/Construction, and a Safety Training Certification (Group 1 or 2).
  • Good health, enthusiasm for the job, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel for short-term assignments (5-10 days).
  • Experience in developing HSE plans, safety construction methods, risk assessments, and familiarity with HSE regulations and procedures.
  • Knowledge of basic construction, electrical, and HSE regulations as set by government authorities (Laws, Decrees, Circulars).
  • Skills in training, personnel management, work planning, work supervision, and addressing violations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with clear, professional formatting.
