QA QC Engineer

  1. Job Description

    • Prepare and manage acceptance test documentation for incoming materials at the project site.

    • Prepare QA/QC documentation and submit construction method statements for approval.

    • Monitor compliance with approved construction methods and oversee the site situation. Promptly report any unplanned incidents or cases of non-compliance to the Project Manager.

    • Create and submit plans for internal acceptance tests and tests with the Client/Supervising Consultant, in accordance with the project schedule.

    • Propose and develop checklists for internal acceptance tests.

    • Organize, implement, and supervise internal acceptance tests conducted between supervising engineers and subcontractors/teams; identify defects and require corrective actions.

    • Track the status of corrective actions for quality defects that have failed inspection.

    • Perform other quality control tasks as required by the company and its Quality Control Board.

    • Project-based contract (duration of 2-3 months).

    • Upon successful completion of the project, a long-term contract may be offered with assignment to subsequent projects, based on performance and suitability.

    Requirements

    • Male; willing to travel for work or reside in other provinces such as Vinh Phuc or Binh Phuoc for future projects.

    • Graduated with a GPA of “Good” (Khá) or higher in Electrical Engineering.

    • Professional Practice Certificate, Level III or higher (is an advantage).

    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role; experience in rooftop solar power projects is preferred.

    • Responsible and decisive at work, with a friendly and positive attitude.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
