Following the success of the first solar power system at the DOBLA factory, INS Energy has once again been entrusted by the investor to continue its partnership in implementing the second project with a capacity of 400kWp.
This new project not only reflects DOBLA’s long-term vision in promoting the use of renewable energy but also serves as a clear testament to INS Energy’s implementation capabilities and adaptability across various real-world conditions.
With stricter requirements regarding legal procedures, technical specifications, and construction standards, INS Energy has undertaken thorough preparations from the very beginning of the groundbreaking phase, ensuring that each stage of implementation adheres to schedule while maximizing investment efficiency.

Technical and Legal Challenges at the DOBLA 2 Project
From the pre-construction phase, the investor set a clear requirement: construction could only commence once all related legal documentation had been fully completed. This prerequisite ensures the project’s full compliance with legal regulations while minimizing risks during construction and future operation.
Upon conducting the on-site survey, the INS Energy team encountered another significant challenge: the existing factory roof lacked the standard slope required for the installation of solar panels. Leaving the roof as-is would have severely impacted the system’s light absorption efficiency – an unacceptable compromise.
To resolve the surface-level challenge, the INS Energy construction team proposed the use of angle-adjusting V-brackets to create a proper slope for the photovoltaic panels. This was the optimal solution given that altering the existing roof structure was not feasible. The approach not only ensures optimal solar absorption performance but also meets all structural, durability, and cost-effectiveness criteria.

Effective Collaboration Among Stakeholders Drives Project Success
The smooth coordination between the investor, the factory, and the construction team played a crucial role in the success of the pre-construction phase. Every proposed solution was thoroughly calculated, ensuring that all challenges were met with well-prepared responses. This solid foundation paved the way for a seamless construction process, executed on schedule and in line with expected quality standards.
With meticulous preparation, flexible adaptability, and strong collaboration among all parties involved, the DOBLA 2 solar power project not only reinforces INS Energy’s credibility and implementation capabilities but also continues to contribute to the company’s green transition journey. This marks a significant step forward, setting the stage for future renewable energy projects that are efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective.
