  1. Job Description

M&E Engineer

  • Oversee the implementation of construction methods by subcontractors and monitor quality control on-site. Provide timely reports to the Manager regarding any deviations from the plan or non-compliance with the approved methods.

  •  Conduct internal inspections and coordinate inspections with the Client/PMC upon completion of each project phase.

  • Review pre-construction checklists and ensure all conditions are met.

  • Organize and supervise internal inspections for subcontractors and teams, assess any deficiencies, and ensure corrective actions are taken.

  • Track the resolution of previously identified quality issues and ensure corrective actions are completed.

  • Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by company management.

  2. Work Location:

The position will be based at project sites or in the office, depending on project progress. Most projects are located in areas around HCMC, with occasional business trips to Central Vietnam. Each project typically lasts 45-60 days.

  1. Requirements:

  • Male; willing to travel for work.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.

  • Professional certification level III or higher (if applicable).

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role; preference given to candidates with experience in rooftop solar projects.

  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Responsible, proactive, honest, and a good team player.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Word, Excel, etc.
