The project was executed during the lead-up to the Lunar New Year – a period typically associated with various challenges in construction organization. However, thanks to proactive planning, flexible coordination capabilities, and a high level of responsibility from the INS Energy team, the 400kWp solar power system at the DOBLA factory was completed on time, fully meeting the established technical standards.
Construction Under Special Circumstances
Despite being carried out during the sensitive pre- Lunar New Year period-marked by fluctuating work schedules, labor shortages, and deadline pressure from other projects – INS Energy ensured timely execution through a well-structured implementation plan tailored to the actual conditions at the factory.
From the outset, the company proactively developed a suitable staffing plan, allocating resources specifically for each task. Subcontractors were also required to commit to continuous workforce availability to prevent any interruptions during execution.

In addition, the limited construction space at the factory posed significant challenges for equipment layout optimization. INS Energy closely collaborated with the factory management team to designate appropriate equipment staging areas and employed specialized support tools to ensure that material transport to the rooftop was carried out safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Furthermore, effective coordination with the factory greatly facilitated the efficient staging of materials and equipment. The construction team demonstrated flexibility in scheduling, manpower allocation, and equipment usage to ensure that materials were transported to the rooftop at the right time – without causing congestion or disrupting the factory’s overall operations. This proactive planning and flexible coordination were key to maintaining the project timeline despite challenging conditions.
INS Energy Completes Project Documentation and Handover
Upon completing the construction, the project promptly entered the handover phase with all required legal and technical documentation fully prepared. Key documents such as fire safety acceptance, environmental compliance, testing and commissioning (T&C) records – including power quality testing, grounding, cable acceptance – and as-built drawings were thoroughly compiled and clearly presented. Notably, all relevant stakeholders – including the investor, supervision consultant, and operations unit – were invited to participate in the acceptance process, ensuring transparency and a high level of consensus during the system handover.

According to feedback following the handover process, the investor highly appreciated the product quality, operational efficiency, and construction timeline of the entire project. The system not only met all technical requirements but also demonstrated stability and effectiveness right from its initial operation stage.
The DOBLA 2 project affirms INS Energy’s professional competence and strong sense of responsibility in the solar energy sector. It marks a significant milestone, paving the way for larger-scale green energy projects and reaffirming INS Energy’s commitment to accompanying clients on the path toward sustainable energy development.
