The ILSHIN rooftop solar project continues to accelerate construction progress with multiple work fronts being deployed simultaneously across factory rooftop areas. INS Energy’s engineering team is focusing on executing key project components to ensure overall schedule compliance and construction quality ahead of the next completion phases.
Simultaneous Deployment Across Multiple Rooftop Areas
According to on-site updates, the project’s main solar PV system components are being continuously implemented with approximately 50 construction personnel working daily. Technical teams are simultaneously carrying out PV module installation and alignment across multiple rooftop zones, DC cable routing, MC4 connector termination, and completion of cable pathways for system interconnection.

At the same time, DC cable tagging and identification labeling are being installed to support future system management, inspection, and maintenance operations. Parallel execution across several rooftop sections allows the project to maintain stable construction progress while optimizing installation timelines despite occasional rain showers during the week.

Integrated Completion of Supporting Infrastructure
In parallel with the PV installation, INS Energy is also deploying supporting infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency and ensure system integration throughout the project. This includes the installation of lifeline safety systems to protect personnel working at height. In addition, the engineering team is implementing a PV module cleaning water supply system to help maintain long-term system performance and energy yield.

Other critical components—including CCTV monitoring systems, grounding systems, inverter stations, communication cabinets, and pump stations—are also being completed according to schedule. These systems play a vital role in ensuring stable operation, monitoring capability, and long-term reliability during system operation.
Strict HSE Management Maintained Throughout Construction
Alongside construction progress, INS Energy continues to enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management procedures on-site. Daily Toolbox Meetings (TBM) are conducted before each shift to communicate work plans and reinforce safety requirements for all personnel.

The HSE team also performs routine inspections of worker health conditions, safety harness systems, and first-aid equipment to ensure safe working conditions during rooftop installation activities. Continuous HSE supervision helps minimize risks while strengthening safety awareness across the construction site.
Through the ILSHIN Solar Project, INS Energy continues to demonstrate its capability in delivering large-scale industrial rooftop solar projects with synchronized construction processes, rigorous quality control, and comprehensive safety management. Beyond maintaining project schedules, the engineering team remains focused on optimizing system quality and ensuring every component meets technical standards prior to commissioning and commercial operation.
Businesses seeking rooftop solar solutions for factories and industrial parks can partner with INS Energy for comprehensive EPC services—from engineering design and construction to long-term operational support—ensuring optimal system performance and project reliability.
